“He who pays the piper calls the tune”

Looks like Minister Ray Williams has been caught well and truly with his pants down in this scandal of apparently receiving secret payments from developers. This is the reason that Bulldozer Baird’s decisions about planning, development and public infrastructure was so closely aligned with the needs of the Property Council of Australia, Urban Task Force and Committee for Sydney.

Old saying – “he who pays the piper calls the tune.”
